Facts on the causes of stress, self-quizzes and discussion help individuals recognize their stressors and develop personal stress-reduction strategies for work and personal lives.

Targeting primary lifestyle risk factors, including smoking, diet and exercise, this module helps people take steps to adopt healthier behaviors and reduce the risk of coronary heart disease.
